Job Description
Odixcity Consulting seeks a Remote Chat Support Specialist to manage customer conversations via live chat and messaging. You’ll provide accurate, real-time troubleshooting, maintain a friendly empathetic tone, handle multiple chats, document interactions, follow scripts, and escalate issues when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in chat or online customer support, excellent written communication, fast accurate typing, familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems, reliable internet and a quiet workspace, and availability for scheduled shifts.
