Job Description
St. Luke’s Hospital, Asaba, seeks a full-time Optometrist to join our eye care team in Asaba, Delta. Reporting to the Chief Medical Director and collaborating with the Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnostic testing, prescribe and fit corrective lenses, educate patients, support vision therapy, supervise clinical activities, and maintain accurate records. Requirements: O.D. degree, minimum 2 years post-NYSC clinical experience, registration with the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria, practicing license, NYSC discharge or exemption, computer proficiency, strong clinical decision-making, and willingness to reside in or relocate to Asaba.
