Job Description
FLEETONE LOGISTICS LIMITED (FleetOne), a technology-driven mobility platform, seeks a courteous, organized Customer Service Representative to handle front-desk and digital support. You will greet visitors, answer phone, email and in-app inquiries, monitor rides and driver activity, resolve complaints, escalate safety issues, keep accurate records, and coordinate with drivers and internal teams. Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor’s or equivalent, customer service experience preferred, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a calm, solution-focused attitude. We offer a competitive salary (from ₦80,00/month), training, career growth, and an in-person role in Abuja. Full-time position; reliable commute or relocation to Abuja preferred.
