Job Description
As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage supplier sourcing, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will analyze purchase requests, evaluate vendor performance, and maintain purchasing records to optimize costs and quality. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with ERP or procurement software, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, resolving supply issues, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
