Job Description
We seek a proactive, people-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations at StarList Consulting. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinating performance appraisals and training, supporting payroll and leave management, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 2–3 years HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to multitask. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
