Job Description
Location: Lekki / Ikoyi. Full-time, in-person. Salary: ₦120,00. Ferdie Marie seeks an experienced Estate Manager to oversee residential and commercial property operations: supervise maintenance, staff (security, cleaners, gardeners), tenant relations, lease administration, inspections, budgets, and compliance with safety and property laws. Requires a bachelor’s in Estate/Property Management or related field, proven property management experience, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
