Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports and meeting materials, handle confidential communications, and streamline office operations to ensure executive efficiency.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years supporting executives, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, discretion, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality is required.
