Job Description
Elevated HR Limited seeks an experienced IT Sales and Business Development Manager to drive structured, measurable growth from our Yaba, Lagos office (Full-time). You’ll execute cluster-based go-to-market plans, identify and convert SMB prospects, coordinate customer audits, progress leads to closure, support partner onboarding, and maintain CRM pipeline and SOP compliance. Ideal candidate holds an HND or Bachelor in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years IT sales experience, is outcome-oriented, able to work independently, and experienced with long-cycle B2B SMB sales. Compensation: N300,00/month base plus commission and performance incentives. Clear reporting and weekly visibility on progress required.
