Job Description
We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales strategies. You will research markets, qualify leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet revenue targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation experience, and a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic financial evaluation is preferred. This role requires problem-solving, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
