Job Description
Join IBADAN JOB CONNECT as a Human Resource Associate to develop and implement HR strategies and lead HR operations for outsourced staff. Responsibilities include designing HR policies, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, training, attendance and timesheets, client liaison, SLA compliance, background checks, and maintaining HR records. Ensure labor law compliance, build talent pipelines, conduct client check-ins, and drive continuous improvement. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦100,00 – ₦200,00 per month. Experience: Outsourcing 2 years. Languages: Yoruba, English & Pidgin. Certification: CIPM. Location: Ibadan.
