Job Description
We are hiring a Management Systems Consulting Team Lead to oversee consulting engagements, develop management systems (ISO, quality, environmental), lead and mentor consultants, manage project delivery, liaise with clients, and drive continuous improvement. Requires 6+ years in management systems consulting, proven leadership, strong project management, ISO implementation experience, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include planning engagements, delivering training, auditing systems, ensuring compliance, and growing client relationships. Ideal candidate is analytical, client-focused, and able to translate standards into practical business solutions.
