Job Description
As a Human Resources Officer for Factory Operations, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance and timekeeping, employee relations, training coordination, performance support, and basic payroll administration for hourly production staff. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle disciplinary processes, support safety and productivity initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records. Required: bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Ability to work shifts and interact with multi-cultural teams is preferred.
