Job Description
Havosoft International Limited seeks a Head of Operations based in Garki, Abuja. Full-time, on-site role leading operational strategy, overseeing department heads, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, managing budgets, vendors, resources, and operational risks, and partnering with executive leadership on planning and growth initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred), 3+ years of progressive operations or general management experience, and strong tech proficiency.
