Job Description
Lead enterprise risk management and internal control programs to protect assets and ensure compliance. Design, implement, and monitor risk frameworks, policies, and control testing; coordinate internal audits and remediation plans; report risk exposures and recommendations to senior management and the board. Require bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; 5+ years in risk management, internal audit, or compliance; CPA, CIA, or risk certification preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; proficient in risk assessment tools and control design. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in governance and operational controls.
