Job Description
APD Project Management Limited is seeking an On-site Project Manager with extensive knowledge in Construction Project Management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, a strong understanding of design coordination, and exceptional people management and communication skills.
Location: Lagos State (Fully On-site)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 4-6 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Professional certifications (PMP, COREN) are a plus
