Job Description
We are seeking a proactive QSR Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fast-casual restaurant operations, ensure food safety and quality, lead a team of 10–30, and drive service excellence. You will manage staff scheduling, training, inventory control, cash handling, and operational compliance with brand standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of POS and food safety regulations.
