Job Description
Perfetti Van Melle seeks a Mechanical Technician to perform and document preventive maintenance, maintain packing machines, conveyors, blowers, gearboxes and utilities, and support set-up, start-up, adjustments, shutdowns and changeovers to minimize downtime. You will perform mandatory quality checks and documentation, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and join problem-solving and plant performance improvement initiatives to support equipment reliability KPIs. Candidate must hold an OND in Mechanical Engineering, have 3–5 years in the confectionery industry, Level 2 Safety Awareness, excellent troubleshooting skills and an ownership mindset.
