Job Description
We are hiring a Procurement Associate to support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. You will prepare purchase orders, obtain quotes, negotiate terms, track deliveries, and maintain supplier records to ensure cost-effective, timely procurement. Collaborate with operations and finance to resolve discrepancies, manage contracts, and update ERP systems. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and ERP software, and attention to detail. Ability to analyze costs and prioritize tasks is required. This is a full-time role offering growth and a collaborative team environment.
