Job Description
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant at ESOSA Food Systems and Innovations Limited in Iju-Ishaga, Lagos. This full-time role pays ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. Responsibilities include managing office records and files, handling correspondence (calls, emails, messages), scheduling meetings, supporting HR and management with administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and organization, and preparing reports and data entry. Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field, prior admin experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. Applicants must live in or near Iju-Ishaga.
