Job Description

Centerville Office Support Limited seeks a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing attendance/timekeeping systems, assisting with HR documentation and record management, preparing reports and correspondence, supporting interdepartmental tasks, and ensuring confidentiality of employee information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper/2:1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR or administrative experience preferred; strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS or attendance system experience a plus.
