Job Description
Nelson Courier Express, a licensed local and international dispatch company in Lagos, is hiring a Customer Service Officer. Based on Lagos Island (full-time), the role involves coordinating and assigning jobs to riders in Mandelas, Lagos Island; managing rider operations; maintaining excellent customer relationships with new and existing clients; and resolving inquiries. Candidates must have prior customer service experience, experience coordinating riders, be ready to start immediately, and reside around Lagos Island.
