Job Description
Pixels Digital Systems Limited seeks a Client Experience Lead to manage end-to-end client interactions across studio and events. Responsibilities: oversee inquiries to post-delivery follow-up, coordinate events, handle feedback and complaints, train front-desk staff, collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations, track satisfaction metrics, and drive revenue and loyalty. Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent, 2+ years in customer service or client relations (creative or service industry preferred), excellent communication, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and passion for client satisfaction. Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
