Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and oversee a team of technicians. You will schedule preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs, and enforce safety and quality standards.
Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with PLCs and maintenance management systems, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
