Job Description
Easywin Lotto seeks a target-driven Sales Representative (Full-time) for Lagos; Monday–Friday (Hybrid/Onsite). Handle outbound calls, follow up leads, close deals, meet assigned targets, manage CRM records, attend walk-ins at centers, and build customer relationships. Performance-based growth: promotion after two consecutive months of target achievement, two-week assessment for new hires/promotions, and level reassignment for underperformance per company policy. Compensation is level-based: ₦30,00–₦200,00 base, 5%–7% commission on targets plus extra revenue incentives and daily/monthly bonuses. Requirements: sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, target-driven, self-motivated; CRM experience is an advantage. Contact: [email protected].
