Job Description
We are seeking a Telephony Installation Technician to install, test, and maintain telephone systems, VoIP equipment, cabling, and related hardware for commercial and residential clients. You will troubleshoot network and voice issues, configure PBX and ATA devices, and ensure reliable call quality.
Candidate should have 1-3 years experience with telephony and VoIP systems, basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP), ability to read wiring diagrams, and a valid driver’s license. Physical stamina for climbing ladders and lifting equipment required. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
