Job Description
Kennedia Consulting seeks a Vice President, Human Capital Management to develop and execute a human capital strategy aligned with corporate goals. Lead workforce planning, succession, reskilling, mobility, and HR budgeting. Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment SLAs, and onboarding. Own performance management (OKRs/KPIs), compensation, incentives, and statutory compliance. Drive leadership development, learning academies, certifications, and succession pipelines. Lead culture transformation, engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives. Manage HR operations, payroll, benefits, exits, policy governance, and HR digital transformation (HRIS, ATS, LMS, analytics). Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦3,00,00 – ₦5,00,00 per month. Work Location: On the road.
