Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare briefing materials, organize meetings and events, handle correspondence, and maintain confidential records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting executives, strong written and verbal communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent organization and time management, and a professional, discreet demeanor. Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This full-time role may require occasional after-hours availability.
