Job Description
Join our team as a Recruitment Support Officer to assist the hiring process and deliver excellent candidate experiences. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, prepare interview packs and offer documentation, and maintain recruitment records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years in HR or recruitment support, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS. Team-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven candidates encouraged to apply.
