You will develop HR policies, manage the full employee lifecycle, advise leadership on workforce planning, and promote an inclusive culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proven HR management experience, strong knowledge of labor law, excellent communication and leadership, confidentiality, and HR software proficiency.
