Job Description
HairBar is a trendy hair company blending style and great vibes. We seek a Sales Manager to drive bookings, package and retail revenue, and elevate client experience. Lead and coach a small team to hit sales targets and commissions; train staff on services and retail; develop VIP programs, follow-ups, and lasting client relationships. Requirements: 2+ years sales experience in beauty or salon, excellent communication and people skills, and a passion for hair and trends. Full-time role based in Abuja. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦130,00/month plus commission and bonuses. Experience required: 2 years in sales and hair fashion.
