Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and ensure guest satisfaction from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include supervising night staff, managing the front desk and cash handling, responding to emergencies and guest requests, preparing nightly reports, and coordinating with maintenance and security. Requirements: 3+ years in hotel operations, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with property management systems (PMS), knowledge of safety procedures, ability to work independently, and fluency in English. Flexible overnight availability is required.
