Job Description
We are hiring a Client Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong client partnerships. You will be the main point of contact, respond to inquiries, understand client needs, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will monitor account health, track feedback in the CRM, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1 to 3 years in client service or sales, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools.
