Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure service quality. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop and enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs and budgets, improve efficiency through data-driven initiatives, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, strong leadership and analytical skills, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with ERP or operations tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities are required.
