Job Description
KITCHEN MANAGER: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, menu execution, inventory control, food safety, and staff supervision. Lead a team of cooks and support staff, train personnel, maintain quality and portion consistency, and ensure timely service during all shifts. Manage ordering, stock rotation, and cost controls to meet budgets. Must have 3+ years of supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen, strong knowledge of HACCP/food safety, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to high culinary standards required.
