Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Operations Officer to manage daily support operations, optimize processes, and analyze performance metrics to boost customer satisfaction. You will oversee ticket workflows, implement standard operating procedures, train agents, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure SLAs are met. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs (CSAT, AHT), maintaining CRM tools, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer support or operations, strong communication and analytical skills, experience with Zendesk or similar platforms, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
