Job Description
Seeking an Electrical Assistant Manager to support safe, efficient operation of plant electrical systems. You will lead and mentor electrical technicians, plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot generators, switchgear, transformers and PLCs, manage electrical work permits, and coordinate with operations during outages. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in power generation or heavy industry, strong leadership, knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards, and excellent communication skills.
