Job Description
Feegor Dotcom Ltd. seeks a results-driven Sales Team Lead to drive revenue and lead our commercial operations. You will manage sales and customer service teams, maintain the sales pipeline, implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, and coach the team on upselling and cross-selling. Analyze sales data to spot trends, support pricing decisions, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Required: proven team leadership, track record in meeting sales targets, strong analytical and communication skills, bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field, and experience in e-commerce or retail preferred.
