Job Description
Join Entafield Dental Clinic as a proactive, people-oriented Customer Service Representative. Manage the front desk, greet patients, handle phone/WhatsApp/email inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain records, coordinate with dentists and nurses, follow up on care and feedback, and support admin tasks. Require 2+ years in customer service or hospitality, excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, professionalism, and quick learning. Full-time; ₦100,00–₦150,00/month.
