Job Description
Position: Customer Service Supervisor at SPEEDAF EXPRESS in Berger, Lagos (Full-time). We are seeking an experienced supervisor to manage calling and key account customer service operations, ensuring SLA compliance, KPI performance, timely escalations, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching and leading CSRs, monitoring service quality, preparing performance reports, and driving continuous service improvements. Requirements: 3–4 years in logistics or related customer service, 1–2 years in a supervisory/team lead role, hands-on experience with calling and key account clients, and strong communication and leadership skills. Salary: ₦180,00–₦250,00 per month.
