Job Description
As an Inventory Officer, you will manage stock records and daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory levels. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, recording transactions in inventory systems, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and supporting periodic audits. You will coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams, generate inventory reports, and help implement control improvements. Required: attention to detail, basic Excel and inventory software skills, good communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field and 1+ year of inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
