Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Air Operations Manager to lead flight planning, crew coordination, and safety compliance for our airline operations.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily flight operations, managing dispatch and ground teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing schedules and resources to improve efficiency.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in air operations or dispatch, strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience with operations software.
