Job Description

Join our team as an Order Agent to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

You will process orders, track shipments, communicate with customers and vendors, resolve issues, and maintain order records.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred: experience in logistics or customer service and familiarity with order management systems.
