Job Description
The Plaza Manager oversees daily operations of a shopping plaza, ensuring tenant satisfaction, facility maintenance, security, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include coordinating leasing and tenant relations, supervising staff and contractors, managing budgets and reports, implementing safety and marketing initiatives, and resolving tenant or customer issues. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field, 5+ years of property or retail management experience, and strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and familiarity with local regulations required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
