Job Description
As a Global Technical Analyst you will navigate SIS2.0 and Caterpillar DSN, log product issues with OEMs, and lead preventive maintenance activities. You will self-manage, coordinate between TA mechanics and SEENG, compile clear Technical Analyst (TA) reports for Supervisors and CSRs, and discuss findings with customers on site when required. Required: Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant trade qualification (e.g., Diesel or Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic NQF3) with three years post-apprenticeship; ideally seven years qualified trade experience. Must be computer literate, hold a valid driver’s license, be skilled in job planning and execution, and read electrical and hydraulic schematics fluently.
