Job Description
Join our fast-paced company as Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare correspondence and reports, and handle confidential information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and communicative, with 3+ years executive assistant experience, strong time-management, advanced MS Office skills, and discretion. Responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, expense tracking, and project follow-up. Flexibility, problem-solving, and professional demeanor are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers growth opportunities.
