Job Description
We seek an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at Nordic Hospitality Suites. You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance; train and supervise staff; maintain high service standards; manage budgets, control costs, and optimize occupancy; ensure health and safety compliance; handle guest concerns professionally; coordinate department heads; implement policies and procedures; monitor facilities; and prepare performance reports. Qualifications: 3+ years in hotel or hospitality management, strong leadership, communication, customer service, budgeting skills, and familiarity with hotel management software. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred. Full-time role with flexible availability. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
