Job Description
TRAVELBOXX seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Service Officer to handle phone, email, chat, and in-person inquiries. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy and will provide accurate product and policy information, process orders, returns, and refunds, document cases in CRM, escalate technical issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include educating customers on features and troubleshooting, tracking recurring trends, supporting sales and retention efforts, meeting performance targets, and collaborating across teams while respecting data privacy. Pay starts from ₦120,00 per month. Training and continuous improvement activities are included.
