Job Description
GP REBOOT & STRUCTURE seeks a Customer Experience Officer based in Lekki, Lagos. Full-time, Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM. Salary NGN 120,00 with shared accommodation. Responsibilities: greet clients, manage calls and social media, register clients, schedule appointments and reminders, process payments, handle follow-ups and complaints, keep common areas tidy, assist inventory sales, manage CRM/Excel and daily reports. Requirements: CRM experience (e.g., Zoho), Excel skills, strong customer service and communication; 3+ years preferred. Send CV to [email protected] and indicate availability.
