Job Description
Teamace seeks a Business Development Manager in Lagos to drive revenue by sourcing clients, building partnerships, and expanding HR and recruitment services. You will collaborate with the Director and internal teams to convert prospects into long-term clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3–5 years’ business development experience in recruitment or professional services; strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills; proven track record meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
