Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Cluster Manager to lead and optimize operations across multiple locations. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, enforce service and safety standards, manage budgets and P&L, coach and develop site managers, implement KPIs, and coordinate with corporate stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, analytical decision-making, and frequent travel between sites. Qualifications: 5+ years multi-unit or regional management experience, bachelor’s degree preferred, proven track record in operations and people management, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet targets.
